RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
In some instances delivered products to purchase from the company may be faulty, incompatible or do not satisfy your requirements according to your needs. In any occurrence, we are here to help you with your proceeds.In these circumstances, customer cooperation is highly appreciated using the procedures and guidelines to return or exchange products.If the shipped product is incorrect or damaged in any way make sure to notify our customer services within 10 days of receiving your product and obtain an RMA number for exchange.Merchandise/Product will be exchanged by the company if purchased within 30 days’ time except if there are other conditions stated on the product’s detail page.The restocking fee must be paid to the exchange of products if the customer is responsible for the damage.20-25% of the merchandise value or minimum £25 restocking fee will be applied to the exchange of products if the fault lies with the customer.
WARRANTY
Subserve IT equipment, and devices is a reseller and distributor. Products sold by the company are not manufactured by the company. The warranty is provided on behalf of the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it is not our direct concern in this regard. If the product was sold in working condition then we are not responsible for any defect which may appear later.The warranty means the repair of the same or replacement with a new or refurbished product. The repair or replacement is the sole discretion of the manufacturer /distributor. The duration of returning of the product may range from 4 to 8 weeks. It may also vary subject to government import/export policy.The manufacturer/distributor reserves the right to reject any claim whereby the product is submitted in improper condition. The product should be well packed in protective material supplied.International warranty depicts that the products should be registered with the manufacturer directly and the warranty claim will be handled by the customer himself. The instructions of the manufacturer should also be followed in this regard.Warranty claim due to accidental damage or electrical surge will be rejected.
